This is a pilot project that involves recruitment and placement of undergraduate students in agricultural firms to design a plan of work, carry out adaptive research and give recommendations on how the firms can improve on their processes and increase productivity. The project will enable students gain practical work experience and attract youth to consider agriculture as an employer of choice. The project will also enable agricultural firms to improve on their processes and increase productivity.
