Agribusiness Incubation

The increased talent base in Africa allows companies to expand, and are able to do that with an industrial perspective through our boot camps.

The Boot Camp is designed for agri-preneurs who are prepared to assess and validate the feasibility of their agribusiness ideas, build a business model from their ideas and find their niche market. Not only do participants learn this method in concept but also get hands-on assistance to test ideas over an intense 4 phase Lisha Africa incubation, interacting with business advisors and investors. The main objective is to assist selected aspiring agri-preneurs to grow from existence to sustainability and scale startups/microenterprises to transfer ideas from mind to market – with a plan for financial returns on investments. This takes place in four phases.

In phase one we focus on shifting from a money mind-set through simulating the sector and determining business identity. In phase two we focus on business implementation from a customer centric approach to product differentiation and developing a business plan. In phase three we focus on meeting the industry, building business confidence, determining why you’re selling and developing business partnerships and pitching skills. Finally, in stage four we focus on Social support looking at the common good of the community, freedom in the business world, sustainability and forming networking skills.
